I started weekly fasting at the beginning of the year and I am still experiencing ups and downs with it, but I am making room within. You can follow those post here.
This week, as a matter of fact, TODAY, I will be starting the master cleansing program with lemon, water, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. My fast day is Monday in which I weighed 184ish. Yesterday, being Tuesday, I was 183ish. I ate modestly and today I am 179.8. There are many benefits that I am learning about from fasting 1 day a week.
